From the beginner working to professional athlete, we all are looking for that added extra.  Through dt+n’s Testing and Evaluation Services gain that added advantage of efficiency, power or speed. Sessions cater to a Form Evaluation or Time Trial format to establish Heartrate or Power Zones.

Swim

:60-:75 minute one-on-one session. Includes video stroke analysis, report of observations and/or results and a plan to improve your speed and efficiency in the pool or open water will be provided.  dt+n understands everyone does not get it on the first ‘tri,’ thus offers continued support and guidance through available follow-up sessions.

Bike

:75-:90 minute one-on-one session.  Includes: analysis of pedal stroke, optional determination of heartrate and/or power zones and a detailed report of observations and plan to improve your cycling performance will be provided.

Run

:75-:90 minute one-on-one session.  Includes: analysis of run gait & biomechanics, optional determination of heartrate and/or pace and a detailed report of observations and plan to improve your running performance will be provided.

Biomechanical

:75-:90 minute session.  Includes: video assisted analysis of biomechanics or an area of interest following an injury and/or PT.  Following your analysis, a detailed report of observations and a plan to improve your biomechanics will be provided.
