  • Initial Consultation

  • Swim/Bike/Run Testing Evaluation; available ala carte
  • Individualized Periodized Program; updated monthly
  • Customized Training and Race Day Nutrition Plan
  • Monthly Follow-up Meeting

Level III: Podium Individualized Coaching

dt+n’s service for the individual who wants a professionally individualized plan, testing &evaluation along with unlimited individualized interaction.

Service includes:

  • One Hour Consultation
  • Basic Training Peaks Account
  • Swim/Bike/Run Testing Evaluation; Initial
  • Individualized Periodized Program with Unlimited Updates(or as necessary)
  • Unlimited Interaction with coach via phone, email, text and forum

Level IV: Platinum Individualized Coaching

dt+n’s service for the individual who wants it ALL. Athletes will enjoy all of the Podium level’s service plus regular one-on-one workouts/testing & evaluation. Focus on your performance during training and racing and let your coach take care of all the details.

  • One Hour Consultation
  • Premium Training Peaks Account
  • Swim/Bike/Run Testing & Evaluation; initial and regularly scheduled(side-by-side coach involvement)
  • Individualized Periodized Program with Unlimited Updates
  • Personalized Strength Training Regimen; updated as necessary
  • Customized Training and Race Day Nutrition Plan
  • Regularly Scheduled Follow-Up Meetings
  • Unlimited Interaction with coach via phone, email, text and forum
