dt+n Mont Tremblant Camp TBD

The focus:

Reconnaissance of the Mont -Tremblant triathlon race course for the HIM and/or IM races or training can be applied to other key events. This training camp is designed for beginner to advanced triathletes. The camp will be a non-competitive/small group learning environment designed to enhance individual’s endurance training & fitness. Do as much or as little as you prefer.

At this camp you will:

  • Gather first-hand knowledge of the course including: Lake Tremblant Swim, the bike course’s Montée Ryan, Route 117 elevation change from 200 meters to 310 meters with a six percent grade, the way back on The Montée Ryan and Chemin des Voyageurs, the Municipality of Lac Supérieur with the most challenging elevation change of the course, 240 to 340 meters with a grade of 12 percent.2 miles) and the beautiful run course.
  • Learn strategies and skills to help you improve energy conservation, optimize fueling and hydration.
  • Get a big block of three key days into your training plan to help you prepare you for race day or just enjoy the experience.
  • Have ability to focus on weak/lagging areas i.e., open water swimming, cycling and/or running on a technical course, transitions and nutrition, to maximize performance.

Sample Itinerary (Subject to Change):

  • Friday: Registration, Open Water Swim Talk with 1.9km or 3.8km (1.2 or 2.4 mile) swim and Day II Preview covering: Logistics/Tactics of Mont-Tremblant Bike Course
  • Saturday: 90km or 180km(56 or 112 mile bike ride)/:30- 1:00 bricked run. Group Dinner, Giveaways and Race Readiness Lecture.
  • Sunday: 13.1 or 20/2mile run
All workouts will be supported. Because you asked, we listened and 2013 camps will have expanded crew to meet your every need during each phase of the camp. Each workout will begin with a brief discussion of goals/objectives to be obtained and conclude with a roundtable discussion of the day’s actual performance/s. Thus, allowing each athlete to gain the most from their and their fellow camper’s experience.

Camp fee:

  • $325- per dt+n athlete athlete TBD
  • $375- per non dt+n athlete TBD
  • $375- per dt+n athlete after TBD
  • $425- per non dt+n athlete after TBD

**Due to limited space cancellations subject to 50% refund 6 weeks prior to camp.  Thereafter, a full forfeiture of fee.
